Standard on most new models, JDLink telematics enable John Deere Connected Support by providing important machine data and diagnostic codes to Brooks and to you. The Brooks Alert Management team notifies you of alerts that will help you manage your machines.

Machine Health Monitoring + Connected Support

With John Deere Connected Support, we combine the expertise of our technology specialists at Brooks Tractor and the data specialists at John Deere to deliver prognostic machine health monitoring. Data from JDLink flows to the Machine Health Monitoring center where we identify potential critical issues. Using remote technology, we alert you to necessary maintenance and repairs, perform diagnostics remotely, and send technicians to your jobsite to perform the work.

With this innovative technology, your focus remains on your day-to-day operations while we monitor your fleet to boost efficiency and uptime. All new John Deere construction machines purchased from Brooks Tractor include three years of Alert Management.
